Ok, this is not really programming, BUT I have a program and its in Japanese. Its used for Tuning an engine. Right now I have Windows XP with the language pack installed and I can run the program and see the Kanji.
This is my request, is there anyone that can decompile the program so I will be able to edit the kanji and translate it to english. The program is a simple DOS based program, I dont know much about it, but I'm sure a programmer can tell what language it was wrote in and maybe even be able to help me be able to translate the menus etc.
If someone can read japanese and want to convert it to english that would be even better, but if someone could get the program where I can edit the txt myself (after its been decomplied) I have someone that will translate the menus.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
