Document control system where documents are uploaded, edited, deleted to a database, there will be a work flow for each action, like for uploading and a work flow for deleteing and workflow for editing.
The application will have username/password as well as security groups.
The work flow of document will have an approval cycle for example someone who will create the document and send it to a person to reveiw then to aperson to verify and a person to approve them finally to a person to publish, so based oln that we will have security groups, also there will be viewers only for the documents who only view the uploaded documents.
The application should be a webbased application on Microsoft ASP.net framework 3.5 or 4 and using VB.net programming language and the db will be in SQL 2008.
Please bid on this if you have already done something like that earlier as we can finish it fast.
