Create a Website Prototype in ASP.NET (SH)

Need a complete screen? prototype developed in ASP.NET that demonstrates each and every screen of the system with just enough flow coded so that you can manuever through each screen.? We will provide all the basic graphics in .psd format and you will need to create and deliver the following: 1) a master page 2) a screen for all the defined features in the attached requirements document 3) enough flow control so that running the website in the Visual Studio IDE, we can click and manuever through each screen. 4) The site must be of professional quality and? look consistent with the attached designs.? We DO NOT want a completed application. We included the requirements so that you could determine what screens to mock up. For example, the requirements say you must have an admin screen for the system administrator to create and manage signups so you will need to mock up what this screen will look like. Each screen will need to be professionally done and be commercial quality in design. You will need to add just enough logic so that we can click a button (or whatever makes sense in your design) and go the next page. You will be expected to use Visual Studio 2010 (.NET 4.0) to create the ASP.NET Master Page, along with all the other pages mentioned in the requirements document while following the best patterns and industry practices for web design: XHTML compliant code, with 100% styling in external CSS style-sheets; and it must work great (the same) on most web browsers including: IE, FireFox, Chrome, Opera. Also, you will be expected to create real ASP.NET web pages, with real ASP.NET data bound controls (ListViews, Repeaters, etc) with XML data sources and include hard-coded test data on each page so that we can easily see how the site will look in production.
