Using PHP and MySql we need a back end system for our web site. This is a very large project and will be broken down into several phases. Please bid only if you are planning to complete the whole project. Please note that you are bidding on only the 1st phase of 5 total phases. The first phase has a budget of maximum $ 400. Phases 3 and 4 will be more time and effort consuming; therefore, we have different budget for those. No money in advance will be given. We can deposit the money into your escrow account and then when each phase is completed we will release the money. A large bonus will be given if we are completely satisfied with your work. Please submit any examples of work that you have done in the past. Please ask questions and make sure that you know everything that is expected before accepting the project.
