Advanced Stock Image Website Needed

I am seeking an advanced team of programers and designers who can give me a top notch product. I need an advanced stock image website(or in other words making 100,000's of images searchable, creating groups for them, shopping carts for the real estate market, full contact manager built in, client database, full backend, auto thumbnail resizing, drop and drag uploading to the browser and many other advanced features. i am still in the early stages of development.. so i am open to what type of solutions you can offer.
