40958 Secure Forms

My client has purchased a verisign certificate to add the secure forms to their site. I have the forms built but need to program them, and route the form results to a database located on the ValueWeb server — notifying my client daily when there have been submissions. We are using ValueWeb for hosting. I have 3 forms total, all very simple, but security is an issue. They need to only be accessible with the https: (s must be present to function — not accessible without). The client would like a daily email notification sent to him if there have been any submissions of forms, so he can go retrieve the information in an excel spreadsheet and have the ability to delete the submissions once downloaded. He really wants to have administrative privileges using PHPmyadmin. Please price setting an administrative page up on the web vs. working with him directly to get setup with myPHPadmin.
