305110 PHP script to download site

This is the third time posting this job in 2 days, previous 2 programmers did not read the project description or ask questions.

I need a PHP script that will download one site (html, images, scripts, etc) for display on another domain.

What I want is to duplicate another static website.

Do this by running a script from my own server.

The script will make a copy of html, images, javascript and flash onto my server.

Everything should work on my domain including clickable links, images, flash & Javascript.

This is for static (not dynamic) websites.

eg:

After running the script on [url removed, login to view] (on my server) to download [url removed, login to view],

I should see everything from [url removed, login to view] on domain1.com.

There is no FTP or SSH access to the domain being copied.

I DO NOT want to download to my personal computer using httrack and then upload to server. No need for PHP script if I wanted to do that, I want a PHP script.
