Hiring Web Developers

Overview: We're a starting up company based in California and we are looking for full time Web Developer who can help us work with our cPanel environment and will provide full access to our DEV environment to facilitate development. A Web Developer with the skills listed below, who can build a diverse range of sites with limited supervision. Responsibilities and Qualifications: • Fast and reliable internet access • Good quality headset with microphone • Drupal 7 developer - custom module development • Expert Drupal and WordPress theming - we give you the layered PSD file, and you bring it into Drupal or Wordpress, using Omega or another base theme • Expert CSS - with an eye for design and attention to detail • Expert with AJAX/jQuery - we love jquery • Can work in a versioned environment, using GIT • Able to produce accurate, precise work under minimal supervision and tight deadlines • Well-versed with AJAX, CSS, Drupal, HTML, PHP • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills • Productive, initiative, fun and creative • Minimum 2 year related work experience • Communicates daily with the remote team. (Mon to Friday, 8am-5pm Manila time with 1 hour break) A PLUS: - 3D Animation, Flash Animation, Videography - Basic to Intermediate experience with: Keynote, Numbers, Pages (mac) / Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Willing to learn, explore and perform other task out of work area - If you have other qualifications please specify.
