PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:- We have an Opencart website that we would like to add a function to the site where we take:-
Prescription orders.
Are a given a unique number up to 8 digit reference number
Date received
OT Name (With Auto Suggestion)
OT Telephone number:-
Patient Name
Patient Address:-
Post Code
Contact telephone Numbers (Up to 3 Numbers)
We need the ability to enter a quantity and up to a 9 digit part code which will Auto fill the product descriptions
We need to be able to add up to 12 lines of products.
We will also require a box to add special notes.
From this point we would like to be able to:-
Print the order in a specific format.
Update the order to different statuses:-
Eg, Processing, in transit, Delivered, Problem. Also with the ability to add notes.
We would like the ability to search for these orders by using:-
Date
Prescription No.
OT Name
OT Telephone number:-
Patient Name
Postcode
We would like to be able to give the OT’s secure login details so they can search with the 8 digit reference number.
If the 8 digit code is missing characters at the beginning or the end it will still display matching orders for example
A1234567 will still display if they enter 1234567
It will then display the order status as:-
Processing, in transit, delivered.
If the order is flagged as having a problem, a note will display to say, “please call the office with the telephone number”.
When we have updated the order to delivered, we would like an automatic email to inform the OT the order is complete.
We would like the facility to run a report to display
Prescription number
OT Name
Equipment Supplied
Order Value.
For orders between selected dates.
Please note we do not want the product cost to display on the order.
This report will need to be exported as a CSV.
PLEASE NOTE:- We may in future want to give the OT’s the facility to put their own orders on. So please bare this in mind.
