- - As low poly-count as possible, maximum poly count can not exceed 3k ( total )
- All structure (walls, ceiling, floor etc) must be on one UV map 2048 px png
- Each furniture piece must have its own UV (2048 png)
- Textures required: diffuse, normals, specularity, AO, light-shadow-materials baked texture (especially lights falling through window)
- Not seen part of the picture should be other two walls
- - I will pay 35 to 40 $ for this, it is great work for beginners for review
