Quick job: Redesign program GUI

Here is a quick and easy design job: Redesign the tutorial window's graphical user interface of my software product. Please see this for the general graphical look of the product: [url removed, login to view] So the main color scheme is blue and white, with possibly some yellow in details. Please see attached [url removed, login to view] to see what the tutorial screen now looks like. And see attached [url removed, login to view] to see what parts of the user interface you can edit. So basically, you can (and should) redesign the whole top part of the window including the logo, and the bullet graphic. When re-designing the top area, remember that the program is multi-lingual, therefore I must be able to easily change the texts of the top area. This means: do not use any fancy fonts or any font effects, and reserve plenty of space to the texsts (the texts can be longer or shorter in other languages). After the new design is complete, your job also includes possible help with slicing the graphics so I can easily insert them to the program and use them. The background color of the window is fixed to white (as seen on the screenshots attached), so no need to worry about transparency or anything like that. Feel free to ask any questions.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4) All the original high quality Adobe Photoshop PSD files with all the graphical elements in different layers.

5) Ready-to-use high quality JPEG files of the new design, sliced if requested.
