240103 Form mail spam protection

I am looking for help with my script at:

It is a typical pre-installed form mail script, but I need to put some protection on it so that spam engines do not automatically fill this form out and submit it. I need a fool-proof option and to have it installed on my linux server with full directions on how to do this installation for future uses.
