data mining collating and comparison

This project requires scraping/mining of data from two different sites when the the data collected from each site will be the same with the exception of the numerical values the numerical values will be compared and the differences will be outputted within a UI subject to configurable parameters on site a there will be a configurable format to collect the data and average the numerical value is more that one format is selected there will be six options to find the numerical value on the main site and one to compare on the secondary site to allow for the comparison of numerical values a link will be added for the pages on the sites to be compared, the alphabetical values will match exactly in most cases. in some cases a small degree of word recognition may be required. the UI should have three sections where the repeat time of the refresh rate can be independently configured.
