Class structure and Rule resolution - Approx 4 hr 3. Pega case management - 4 hr 4. basics of Pega flow- 4 hr 5. Pega database concept- 4hr 6. Basic integration concept using Pega - 4 hr 7. SLA , Decision rules , assignment concepts- 2 hr 8. UI - 4hrs 9. Some advance concepts in pega - 2 hr 10. hands on . Total hours spend will be approx 40 hrs. Guidance will be provide to complete CSA certification in pega.
