We have a client who is a digital marketing agency. They have a software which manages campaigns, organises data and helps customers create their own marketing plans. They are interested in applying for a patent or a provisional patent. The client is keen to apply even if the application will likely be rejected, because it wants to be able to say to investors that it has an application in place.
You will be required to interview the client about their system and write written advice as to whether we can apply at all, and if so, prepare the application.
