painter to do me a painting

I am looking for a painter to create a realistic portrait painting for me, no larger than 24x24 inches. The painting should be done in a realistic style and a subject of my choice will need to be determined along with the artist. I am looking for someone with an eye for detail who is able to draw a concept out exactly as I intend them. The painting should be one-of-a-kind and original, so I would possibly be looking for someone who is comfortable with customizing the painting to the style that I want.
