Run test cases with different configurations

I have a csv file with some custom configurations (Browser type, Device Type, Url etc. ). I am using playwright(its basically puppeteer but with crossbrowser testing ability) and jest. I am currently attempting to launch multiple instances of the same test at the same time and run these instances based on the custom configurations(So one instance would be run on chromium, another would be run on firefox, etc.).
