MERN Full Stack Development needed for Neighbourhood website

Looking for an experienced developer to start ASAP for a 1–2 month project. You will work on an existing MERN stack, implementing new features/pages, fixing bugs, and implementing a new UI design. Must be experienced with MongoDB, Express, React, Node.JS, familiar with AWS, and conversion of an Adobe XD design to React/CSS. I am the founder of a startup that helps new residents adapt quickly to their new neighbourhood after moving through customized neighbourhood guides. My platform gives anyone the ability to create, manage and send email guides to someone else based on their own local recommendations. Pricing I'd prefer a fixed project rate, as well as payment upon milestone completions. Willing to offer a % upfront once we finalize a contract.
