This is a financial site which would be quite prone to hackers. ONLY EXPERIENCED DEVELOPERS BID PLEASE. Payment will be made when the project is completely finished. I DO NOT PAY ANYTHING IN ADVANCE. Payment will be released: 50% once project is completed to my satisfaction; and 50% 15 days after project completion after any errors/bugs/oversites have been fixed. THE LAST PERSON, LOCATED IN CALCUTTA INDIA, WAS REMINDED TWO TIMES VERY CLEARLY THAT I DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. AFTER THE PROJECT WAS CLOSED HE DEMANDED PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.
