I need to build an application in Ionic for Android and Ios. The app is for an electric company. The customers should be able to log in to the app see their bill amount and pay the bill. They should also receive push notifications when the bill is ready. I want to use Angular.js for the front end and node.js for the backend. Candidate should be able to build both the mobile app and the server backend. We have the data (customer name, bill amount, and date) in a database available.
