Fix some bugs

We need to fix some bugs on our Ruby on Rails admin portal for an expo client app.

Notes: Bug 1a and Bug1b are the same issue. Bug 2 is not related.

Instructions on how to test, and to setup local env and access to GITHUB will be provided.

Bug 1a (Screenshot attached) Null Product
Context: The app triggers commission when there is a product sale.

Description: In our Rails Admin portal, we have created objects (Products) that have triggered commission on our expo app. In the portal, we have deleted those products so they no longer exist however in the app those products already triggered Commission. Therefore there is an error message as the app can not find the previous records.
Products that have already triggered commission should still show up in the app transaction history, even if they have been deleted from portal.

Acceptance Criteria:
As a user of the app
I login to my account
I trigger commission for a product in the app in STORES
I check that the WALLET my store sales records to ensure commission is stored
I check the WALLET AGAIN ensuring that the product has now been deleted from catalog, and that my commission is still there and that the catalog view is accessible.

As admin of portal
I create new products (min of 2)
I add those products to a catalog
I check that those products trigger commission from EARNINGs in portal
I then delete those products
I then check the app to ensure the catalog and commission screens load

Bug 1b
Context: The app shows a catalog of products
Description: The same error above causes the catalog view to fail
Acceptance Criteria: Same as above, checking that products that were added in catalog and then deleted still loads the catalog without any error

Bug 2: Expo Client App Can not refresh
Formatting error when adding new products to catalog on a refresh

Context: The app (android version) needs to be able to refresh on the client side to return any updates from the portal in the catalog. On IOS refresh works but there are formatting errors.

Description: There are formatting errors when a user refreshes the screen and new products are added.

Acceptance criteria:

As admin of portal
Add 2 or more products in portal
Login into the app
ensure that the new products show up on a user refresh (drag down screen) on both android/ios versions
Ensure that no formatting issues arise when add/delete new products.
