DBA for MySQL/Linux Platform

Need a strong DBA, who can do following:
1. Database clustering, backup and restore procedures, indexing, optimisation, performance monitoring
2. Strong experience with MS SQL, MySQL Server administrating (2008 and 2014 along with SQL Clustering and SQL Log Shipping
3. Install and configure Federated tables for our complex database
4. Implement replication or mirroring of databases
Below is the exact breakup of Tasks:
1. A reliable backup process for all MySQL databases
2. Re-implement the security model - at the moment all databases are open to all users
3. Documentation of the existing database design
4. Upgrade to MySQL 5.7, currently at 5.6
5. Review of the database design
a. Certain databases seem to duplicates of one another with minor changes – could this be done differently?
b. Certain databases have reliance on specific other databases, we should decouple this if possible
c. Log/Journal tables are used in a transient fashion, this could be approached differently
6. Source code control of Database scripts
7. Replication of Production data into QA/UAT/DEV
