I am a student working on a project involving twitter and answering customer support queries through natural language processing. i understand how we can breakdown a tweet into POS tags and Named Entities but i dont understand how then do we move on to identifying the correct answer from a list of answers stored in the database. I am a novice programmer and i am not sure how to go about this issue.
I need actual code that can match the queries to answers that are stored in a mysql database.
