Write an Android application

The project is about a Math game app. Basically, there will be some equations and the user tries to give the correct result. If she gives the correct answer, there can be a green light or something(assumption) and nice beep sound(assumption), then another equation will be displayed in the current screen. Whole game finishes in 45 seconds and there will be a timer that informs the user.(digital timer or a round timer shape that is melting) If she gives wrong result, maybe a red light appears and another voice can be played. The next question always appears after giving wrong or correct result. There is no back to old answers. After 45 sec, the user will view her score, her rank in country, city and university/school. In the hamburger menu on the left, there will be my profile section that displays her ranks. Also she can edit her profile. Link with facebook etc. In the menu, there will be also some lists named, Shining schools, shining cities, that will have the best scored users based on country wide, city or university/school. (school, city info etc provided by the web service which I ll provide) In the lists there may be age group and sex filter. In the game, numpad keyboards are always open. I want some nice displays in the equation text which is a string actually, and in the numpad itself. General view must be also nice. I am planning to develop the app for Android and iOS using native SDKs. For the first step, I want someone to develop the app in Android. I am a programmer but have not much time. I'll create web service and db. So the most of the information is provided by the web service by me. You will just create a secure connection and update the [login to view URL] the game activity, equations will be client generated which I am still working on it, So I will help on that too. Project must be developed in Android Studio. We'll figure it out the other details.
