Write an Android application

I want to create an android poker game. Any one or team that has created a poker app for android and run it successfully please let me know. The code needs to be in C#, Xamarin and it needs to be customized for both Android and iOS If you can do from scratch great and then I will only need cash games for 6 max and 9 max for NLHE and PLO. I also need you to do my own metrics and personalizations and ability for the user to purchase add ons from the app store. The app needs to be delivered to me so that I can put it as my app on my google play account. You need to sign NDA and personal confidential information cannot be leaked. The code needs to be beautiful and will be verified with all coding standards. Please bid and reply what is your experience. Also can you do a Teen Patti app? Which has addons. What will be the success chance of this ? Currently you can just propose for Poker. If you have expertise in that game also let me know. Share links of previously built apps.
