Write an Android application -- 2

Hi all, I am looking for some help to write an Android application only for tablet. This application will help to connect the tablet to a physical device, using Bluetooth and wifi. Here is the expected process flow: Step 1: SET UP thanks to application - User will register Name / Email in Application (sending to server) - User will enter Wifi information in Application - User will create a password (sending to server) - Application will generate a unique API number (for each user) thanks to [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) (sending to server) => format of message to be sent from Application to device will be : "ssid=xxxxx;pass=xxxxx;key=xxxxxxx;" Step 2: 1ST CONNEXION to Device - The application ask to take a picture of Product QR code including BLE n°1 info, BLE n°2 (with A2DP) info, ESP8266 info. - When QR code is valide, - Application will connect to the BLE1 (without A2DP) - Connection BLE n°1 is OK, - Application will send the Wifi information and forecast API thanks to BLE n°1 - ESP8266 from Device will connect to Wifi - Connection is OK, message "OK" will be sent to Application. - ESP8266 check and get weather data from [login to view URL] - Connection is OK, message "OK" will be sent to Application. - Application will disconnect BLE n1 and connect BLE n°2 A2DP - When connection done, Application and Screen will show set up completed. « OK » Step3: Connexion Manager - the Application and Product stay connected even if the Application is background. - User has the ability to modify the connection, then the process start again I have already the screens in PSD to make the application.
