Timer apps for android

I would like a simple timer aplication for android phones:
Aplication will work on "portrait" , not "landscape"
Start with Nmax=10
In the middle of screen is number "N" very big and decrease every seconds : 9,8,7...
Last three seconds :
3 : color N yellow and "beep"
2: color N yellow and "beep"
1: color N red and "beeeeeep"
than repeat from "Nmax"
In the uper-left part of screen is showing(small) the number Nmax
In the uper-right showing(small) the number of cycles (cycles counter) and some variables like 3600/Nmax .
There are 2 big arrows/buttons ("up" and "down" , one on top of "n" other on bottom of "n". Press arrow up , Nmax=Nmax+1 , press arrow down Nmax=Nmax-1 . Nmax>=3 all the time.
3 other small buttons on the bottom part of the screen:"cycles counter decrease with 1" "pause" and "reset cycles counter to 0"
The aplication should be with black backgroud to minimise baterry usage.

Questions.... 1) Application working only Foreground or Background also. 2) NMax is Pre-defined or user need to define the NMax.
