Need features modification in exist [login to view URL] Mobile number information perfectly.

I need an Android app developer. I already have a design for it, available on play store. just need to make that complete with strong feature. there is a feature of auto mobile number information. presently that feature is not working perfectly with android version (Oreo and P) it should be perfect by you.

Also need demo first before to pay any type of advance or award,milestone.
