I need an APP Developer

We’re a non-profit Society and want 2 APP’s consolidated into one. They are called GLWIZ and Radio Javan as per the below PlayStore Links: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The GLWIZ APP is a TV App. The Radio Javan APP is for listening to music and watching music videos. We want the APP’s for both the Android & iOS markets. We do not have the source codes to either of the 2 APP’s. In respect of the GLWIZ App, the developers of it have placed a filter of their own where after watching a TV channel for a few minutes it cuts viewing to show their advert but doesn’t restart the TV Channel by itself, and the user has to tap the channel they want all over again. We want the advert filter removed so that a user can watch the TV channels free of any adverts. As we’re a non-profit Society and intend to offer this APP completely free, our budget is extremely limited. Yet if you are able to assist please contact us.
