Mobile app for local deals

I am looking to have an iPhone and Android mobile app made that will be tailored to military veterans and the local discounts they receive in my town. This will be a very simple app with few functions. There will be roughly 4 pages. I will walk through the basic functions of the app but I am very open to your creativity and how to make it look good. I like simple, clean looking apps that also look modern. Page 1. Home screen= Users will be able to select a city here. There will also be a spot where they can submit feedback. Page 2. Select Business= This will be a list of the businesses in that city that are offering military discounts. It can either have one business or multiple. There will also be a back function that allows users to go back a page. Page 3. Business Info= This will be the info on the business selected. Like phone number, address, directions, discount offered, etc. When pressing phone number it will call the number for the user. When pressing directions it will open the GPS map for the user to provide directions. There will also be a back function that allows users to go back a page. Page 4. Feedback Screen= Here the users will be able to submit any feedback they have for me and it will go straight to my assigned email. In addition I will need a backend made so I can make additions as needed like: -Ability to add/remove businesses -Ability to edit info on existing businesses/discounts -Ability to add/remove a city and state -Ability to edit my personal email address where the feedback gets delivered to Here are the viewable links to each screen so you have an idea what I'm looking for.
