iPhone Simple Reminder Application

I want a reminder app for iphone. Only add button to add a homework. Date selection when adding the homework and also a small notes box to see more info about each reminder. 2 tabbed application. Right tab will be seeing and adding new homeworks. Left tab will show the homeworks that has at most 1 week left to do.
