Debug iPhone iOS 11 Issue in Safari with [login to view URL]

We have an issue with our Angular MEAN stack web app in iOS 11 for the iPhone in the Safari browser. The steps to reproduce :
1. Navigate to [url removed, login to view]
2. Click on one of the video thumbnails
3. You should be at the intro screen for the shoppable video at this point. In the normal course of action a tap on the screen would start the shoppable video. Due to this issue, when you tap on the screen then nothing will happen and the shoppable video will not launch. This is the problem.
The scope of this project is determine the cause and provide a fix.
