Android app built with Ionic

I need an android(for now) app developed using Ionic framework.(so it can be supported on IOS as well in later projects). This app is doing simple body weight tracking, all data should be saved in cloud(firebase preferred). Weight data and BMI trends are showing in charts. User can change time range of the chart freely. User can set goals for weight or BMI. Goals include setting target value and target date. And the chart should show if the user is on target or not. User can register or just use social account(e.g. google) to login. This is my first post here , I want to see how it goes. If it goes well, I will post more projects for this app. It's ok to use existing code you have. However, this will be close source, so do not use any open source code which requires my code to be open source when delivered to customers. The app needs to be fast to load and responsive to user actions. The chart needs to be neat and customisable. Let me know if more info is required to provide your quote and turnaround time.
