Mobile Notepad App Needed

Hi there,
I'm needing someone to develop a mobile phone application. Depending on costs/in order of priority I'd want it running on:
1) Android
2) iPhones
3) iPads
I'd imagine the App gets built in i.e PhoneGap so you can then deploy to different phone OS's.
The App is a simple notepad app, it stores notes and then lists them out. Additionally to this if the users types a special password in the note "title" field area then they get taken to a new page with a simple password storage area.
I've created the prototype for this as a HTML file so you can play with the App and see how it would all work. Additionally I've designed it all (all pages) and also have the PSD files.
Ideally the app will have two versions. A "Paid" version and a "Lite" version. The paid version will be as above and the "Lite" version will only allow for 5 notes/passwords to be stored and also show Google Advertisements.
Please get the ball rolling with your time estimates & costs. Your application will then get reviewed and if we feel you could be a suitable canditate we'd look to provide more information and the demo URL so you can perfect your fixed price for the work.
Please provide examples of any apps you've made in the past when applying.
Please note that we're needing A LOT of Apps made this year. This would be your first project with us and if it went well full time work would be offered (for a minimum of 4 months).
