Web Front End Development for Trivia Game -- 3

Project Description -------------------- We are creating a trivia game similar to the popular game QuizUp ([login to view URL]). A user steps through a series of multiple choice questions. The user competes with someone else who is also playing the game somewhere else in real time. Of course, there is some animation, sound effects, and bells & whistles you'd expect from a game. Our game will run on iPhone5, but it is not built as a native app. We are taking the HTML5 approach, i.e. it is built using Adobe PhoneGap, CSS/HTML, AngularJS, and Ionic. FRONT END DEVELOPER ---------------------------------- Version 1 of the application has already been built, however it is a bit clunky and slow at this point. We need a front end developer to help make the game work smoothly. We are looking for an experienced front end developer who has ample experience building with AngularJS, jQuery and CSS/HTML. We need someone with a good eye for design and diligence to make layouts pixel perfect. We would like someone who is experienced with SVG and CSS3 animations, as well. Knowledge of Phonegap and Ionic is a plus but not required. Bonus points if you have experience with Pusher. Since we are developing for iOS, you will need to have a Mac to be able to run the iOS emulator to test out the app. Most of the development, however can be done on desktop. We have a build environment setup using Bower and Gulp. Extra bonus points if you are familiar with these technologies. Again, not a requirement. Time commitment ------------------------ We will start with a short trial period, if all goes well, we will continue with 20 hours or more per week for the next 4-6 weeks.
