Interactive Phone Call App

This project is for both Android and Blackberry OS5/6/7

The app will run need to be run all the time and will be staying in the background until a certain event is triggered or if possible to be triggered in menu. So it will need to use low memory so the user wont notice much difference in battery life.

App will do 1 thing when triggered and will need to provide a couple ways of interacting with the triggered event.

The following are only accessible once the event is triggered.

Android will have item in the notification bar, a shake to open or an icon/widget on the homescreen.

Blackberry will have item in the notification bar or a running app selectable when holding the BB button.

I will retain Full rights to the code and the apps. You will have to send me the apps upon near completion like a rough draft so I can test it and provide feedback and upon completion the code for both Android and Blackberry.

**App doesnt involve video or internet coding. Just regular phone functions.
