Your task will be to write a software which extracts listings of AirBnB by using the unofficial API. Your software will have to do: - Get and Update Table of Listings: Scrape all listings within a geographic region (e.g. Netherlands), check if these are already in the database table and if not, add them to the database - Get and Update Table of Pricings and Booking: For each listing I want to have information about each day of the year. - Continously monitor the pricing and booking calender of each listing. When did a booking occur for a day and what is the approximate price of the booking for that day? - All data should be writtin in an Microsoft SQL Database

This project looks very similar to several integration projects I have worked on. The requirements suggest a middle tier service to extract the data, shape it using various criteria and then persist the results to a SQL Server database. What I need from you: Details of the API - whether Push and/or Pull The database schema that is required, existing and changes What I offer: Full development of the middle tier solution to extract, process and persist the data.
