Contract Bookkeeper
$15-25 AUD / hora
This is an ongoing permanent part time position for a bookkeeper using Xero. The employer is a family owned property management company operating from offices at Rose Bay. You will be part of a very small management team providing bookkeeping assistance for a number of different legal entities. You will be responsible for inputting and payment of payables, invoicing & following up debtors, a small payroll and the reconciliation of approx 25 bank accounts. You will provide assistance to our external financial controller in preparing the monthly management accounts. It is envisaged that the work will require approx 25 hours spread over 5 days with flexible working hours. You will be able to work unsupervised and in an informal work environment. We are seeking a person who is able to handle a fast paced environment without personal stress.
