Enabling Exchange Server 2013 Web Services

Hi, I am a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Exchange Server for the past 4 years and has got very good skill sets in all Exchange Server versions including Office 365. I have handled various Exchange Server projects on Consultation, Migration, Design, Deployment, Configuration, Troubleshooting etc. for the past 10+ years in my career. It is not an error. But, the web service is still empty/blank, just have the HelloWorld method/operation. You should recompile the web service so it would have a full methods/operations
