I can help you in determining the forward and inverse kinematics of your arm. I have worked on this project before and also have expertise to simulate the arm in MATLAB. In my project i have made the mathematical model of 6DOF robotic arm and simulate it using the petercorke/robotics tool box. If you need any help in solving this problem contact me.
