Matlab Programmer needed for Digital Signal & Image Processing -- 2

I need matlab code with some explaination for the following image processing tasks. Tasks needs to be performed on a given .bmp image. Task 1: Image transformation (Applying different transformations with respect to the image centre to output the corresponding transformed images) Task 2: Image Interpolation (Using nearest neighbour and bilinear interpolation, rotate the image clockwise by 30 degrees with respect to the image centre, select a common image feature point before and after rotation.) Task 3: Image Similarity Measurements (Apply two chosen measurement metrics to compute the similarity between the original image and the image rotated clockwise by 30 degrees with respect to the image centre;) Task 4: Automatic Fingerprint Recognition (Develop a search strategy based on a flowchart to estimate a rigid transformation between two images.)
