About us: Reputed Australian Executive Accommodation provider specialising in 28 plus nights stays all over Australia & New Zealand with a presence in over 30 locations with more than 650 apartments. Mission Statement: “To be a preferred provider of executive accommodation to global mobility professionals” Project Scope: We need someone that has solid experience at cold calling to build a list of qualified decision makers, in this case, the person who is responsible for booking accommodation for their staff, clients etc. who are relocating or need temporary accommodation for project work in the Area. We will provide you with a list of companies (20-30 nos. to start with) in the Area (90% of them has contact details and the date wise records of previous contact made). Your goal will be to look at the previous discussion had with the company and act accordingly and find out the right decision makers contact details (work email, phone no.) and update in the list OR update the status/feedback of the previous conversation/communication sent to them and arrange a viewing of the apartment. You will be remunerated based on the milestones you achieve. On top of hourly rate there is a Bonus for each apartment viewing appointment setup with the prospective client. You will be representing our National brand, so it is important that you act professionally and respectful whilst making the phone calls. Any prior experience that you can demonstrate in your proposal that will make me feel comfortable with your skills and temperament will help.
