OVERVIEW:
TrueSchool is seeking a PR professional to assist in buillding brand awareness nationally with the goal of building a movement of educators seeking to lead change, and generating new leads at the school district level. This is a preliminary project that could parlay into a longer term engagement.
GOALS:
Increase TrueSchool visibility:
- Secure 1-2 publications about TrueSchool/referencing TrueSchool
- Promote republishing of consistent + credible content published by TrueSchool on other outlets, forums, blogs, etc.
DELIVERABLES:
Identify media list to pitch story leads about TrueSchool Studio programs and outcomes. Craft and send pitches to 15+ outlets.
**This a preliminary project that could parlay into a monthly retainer for all of the PR services required by TrueSchool including the following deliverables:
Messaging
- Assist in the development of a messaging strategy the supports the brand, and establishes a foundation from which TrueSchool can consistently articulate messages that resonate with prospects and customers
Media Relations
- Assist in developing a media outreach plan that results in consistent, quality media coverage
- Provide media coaching to CEO and select team members
Writing
- Assist in assimilating/adapting articles, stories and features into localized content for distribution to employees, customers, and stakeholders
- Assist in the research, and development of original content - press releases, editorials, annual reports, newsletters, briefs and feature articles
Measurement
- Develop a benchmark for measuring success of PR program
