Manufacture a Product for me

Im looking to buy some custom recording camera module , the main requirement for is to be very small and here im talking about the PCB to not be bigger than ~45mmx12mm. ONLY the PCB and camera lens , not needing a case or battery As for the features it has to have: - micro SD slot - audio together with video(one function) -time stamp ( is not necessary a internal clock , if the battery dies the clock can start from 00:00:00 ) - any LED has to be off when the camera is recording. The LED should notify/blink when camera is starting and when camera is shutting down - the files has to be saved every each hour to prevent the loss of recording - the camera sensor will need a Flat Flexible Cable connection . - the camera housing should be small . the usual camera housing you can find in spy devices are 8mm, i will prefer something smaller - The camera should focus on short distances - start button has to be on the same side with the SD slot - 3000mAh battery should record for about 16 hours( i will buy my own battery) Manufacture for me or find me someone who can .
