Find me a Manufacturer

I want to find list international manufacturers having an expertise in Mena or Gulf region with competitor prices .. manufacturers must be not having an agent in Kuwait with all possible contact details for negotiating work in Kuwait and agency agreement. The list shall not include manufacturers having local agent in Kuwait and they are interested to work in Kuwait they, have enough certificates to be approved in their work and they have to be competitors with prices in Kuwait and having a very good financial situation and they execute projects in gulf region the list shall include companies not limited to (Turkey - Chinese - India - Europe - Gulf region companies - ... etc) . The free lancer shall send a short list of international manufacturers before award the project to check the if it is fit first and after award the project the full list shall be given with all contact details . The manufacturers list for the following works : 1- Street Light Luminaires. 2- repair and upgrading of low voltage underground cables and the extension and jointing of low voltage cables. 3- Medium voltage cables. 4- High tension cables. 5- Supply and installation of Dry Transformers. 6- Supply and installation of Oil Transformers. 7- UDS Oil Transformers. 8- Solar Power LED SL Systems. 9- MV & Pilot Cables 11 KV. 10- Low Voltage Cable Laying Works. 11- LED Street Lighting Luminaires.
