Ford product liability claim

I purchased a vehicle from a dealership that sold us a Ford that had an open recall. The repair shop discovered it and the Ford dealership scheduled a rental car for that week along with the repair. Less than an hour from leaving the repair shop the car malfunction (that was under recall) on the way back home causing it to catch fire and my wife was injured. The car was destroyed by fire. Neither the insurance company, dealership or Ford will take responsibility for paying for damages so I decided to sue them. I have court documents that I have filed and received response from Ford motor company denying any liability. I additionally have email from the legal department of Ford offering to pay for the vehicle due to the recall but not the injuries sustained from the fire. Thanks! Andrew 865-408-8881
