upgrade Magento Payment Gateway Plugin from M1 to M2

we would like to upgrade our payment gateway (gate-e) plugin from Magento 1 to the latest Magento version 2.x

Including:

- security enhancements

- support new payment gateway API fields (see link below)

- support new payment gateway callback fields (see link below)

- add new options in the admin control panel

- use the latest PHP functions (remove deprecated)

- use best practice PHP functions instead of normal functions
