I signed up and had a look at the site and I can see that USPS shows: "This shipping method is currently unavailable. If you would like to ship using this shipping method, please contact us." and Free shipping is not showing up. I can fix these configurations for you to work correctly. Let me know. Thanks, James

Yes I have experienced that in core magento shipping there is some bug, in fact I remmber the USPS has changed their API a bit thats why it doesn't work in magento and shutdown with error when API try to parse the request. I have corrected it in one site, ready to do same for you.
