Script to send PDF\\\'s as emails

I need a script made (maybe applescript) that will allow us to take a folder of pdf's that will look like the one attached and perform this task:

1. Within each PDF file, find the fax number of the recipient. This will always be found on the first page and will always be in the same format: Fax: (xxx) xxx-xxxx

2. Create an email in apple mail addressed to , with the subject, Thank you for referring your patient, and attach the corresponding PDF. The xxxxxxxxxx refers to the 10 digit fax number and cannot include the ( ) and - symbols from the pdf.

Get a freelancer won't let me post contact information and deleted the email address that these messages need be sent to, but we will take care of this using IM or something.

Really, what I'm trying to do is automate faxing of a large number of these documents. We have about 100 of these pdf's like this that need to be faxed out. I'd like to use RingCentral's fax by email system to do this. Ideal is to create a batch of pdf's to be faxed by just dumping them all into a folder, then dropping that folder on an applet that would turn each one into a fax. I've attached the instructions from RingCentral on how to do do this.

Probably easiest to use Apple Mail for this, but certainly open to setting the emails differently if there is another, better way.

We would also need to be able to specify the email account that mail is using to send them from since RingCentral limits me to five email addresses from which to send emails and I have more users than that, so I would need to set them up with a common email account that they would all have access to and use that shared account for all this outbound faxing.

I'm attaching a document called "FaxPreview.pdf". this is an example of the source pdf documents that we will be working with.
