Premier Redesign Site Using Wordpress

We are looking to redesign our site. currently at [login to view URL] We are looking for a more corporate look. We are looking to give the clients sense of trust. We want to emphasize the fact we are 7 years in business. Since our trucks are not suitable for front page we want someone to put a logo on the trucks using photoshop or something else. We want a new logo designed.
Out of this site--- [login to view URL] we want the form and the some picture in the background with our logo. Could be nice if the picture could be changed from one page to another on the back end.
After that we want room for text and then we would like the squares from this site --

the contact form needs to connect to be based on plugin that doesn't need to be bought by us. The form should be emailed to us and a copy sent to the backend .
Needless to say we want this in wordpress so we can add blog posts , articles ,etc on our own
